Fiddle & Spoon - Turkish Rugs

It’s funny how your tastes can change so dramatically over time. If you’d asked me how I felt about colourful rugs a few years ago, I’d probably say “meh”. I was all about white, and clean, and minimal. Maybe a bit of light pine if I was feeling adventurous.

Now however, I’ve decided that I like colour and simply must have some kind of turkish kilim or moroccan rug. Possibly even a tan leather couch. Throw some dark cherry wood in there, why not!

I’ll let you know how this goes >.>

  1. I loooove this look! I desperately wanted to get a nice kilim or two for our new space, but we have issues with the dog forgetting all her hours of toilet training as soon as we lay any soft furnishings on the ground... A nice bedspread might have to cut it for me for the time-being! (or a new dog ;)

    • Ahh no!! They would look so fabulous in your house, too! I'm 100% sure our cat would use our hypothetical kilim as a chew toy / scratching post. The things we put up with for our animals ;)!
