Do you like gardens? Pretty lights? Eating and drinking in gardens with pretty lights?

(Of course you do, who doesn’t? What a silly question)

If you’re Melbourne-bound and looking for a place fitting the above description β€” you’re in luck. Trunk just happens to have the biggest Beer Garden in Melbourne, and it’s right in the heart of the CBD. It’s also home of some delicious Mediterranean food and insanely spectacular cocktails, which we happened to discover on our visit there last week.

It’s the kind of place you might head to in the middle of the afternoon for a late lunch… then accidentally stay until bed time. I guarantee the lovely, lazy vibe and cheerful staff will make you never want to leave!

The Granny Smith: Vanilla vodka, apple liqueur, lemon and apple juice, shaken with cinnamon.

The Elderflower Martini: Gin, elderflower liqueur and lime, shaken with a handful of fresh mint.

The Trunktown Beer Garden + Diner is open weekdays 7.30am β€” late and weekends 8.00am β€” late. The Restaurant + Bar is open every day, 12.00pm β€” late.
Be sure to check out their website, and keep up to date via Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter!

Disclosure: I was not compensated for this post, however I did receive cocktails for my review. All opinions are my own and not influenced in any way.
